LKD Return Policy

 LKD doesn’t like store credit!  Thus, if an article of clothing or accessory doesn’t work, simply email us at lindsaykatedesigns@gmail.com and ship it back to us within 15 days of purchase, and we will issue you a refund to your original form of payment upon its receipt.  All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached in new condition and must be received back in our store no later than 15 days or post marked within 15 days (only if your order was not shipped within 3 days of your purchase) from original date of purchase.  If the return qualified for free shipping, a charge of $7 will be deducted from the return.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs back to us.  Sale merchandise (anything not sold at full price or where a discount code is used), special, custom and personalized orders, and Queen of Sparkles are final sale.
